The stay was amazing and the hosts were very welcoming and they even left a handwritten note to welcome us.

Travelled over weekend (group of 5). Around 10 kms from Ooty town. Perfect place to unwind and relax. The property is surrounded by tea garden till you can see on 3 sides. Rooms are clean and spacious enough to accommodate 6 people. One of the most functional and equipped kitchen I have seen in recent years in any guest house. Mr Philo is a warm welcoming host, always there to help. Definitely recommend anyone planning to visit to Ooty or nearby.

I had an amazing stay at this place. Beautiful view overlooking the tea gardens. Near and tidy place. Philo the caretaker deserves special recognition for his outstanding hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure that both my furry companion and I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. His attentiveness and friendly demeanour truly made a difference. Also, The food was freshly prepared and yum. I suggest you to try Masala Podi Dosa with Sambhar And chutney.

we had a pleasant time staying at Bagaan. The backwards is private, secluded, and has a campfire pit. The place was clean and well equipped. We got to see Indian Gaur right beside the property. It's located very close to Dodabetta. The weather was perfect during our stay. Would definitely come back.
